Eat Local Month at the Brewery
Eat Local Month - What is it?
September is Eat Local Month in Northwest Washington, a time to celebrate the delicious and abundant harvest of local food, along with those who grow, raise, catch, and harvest this food.
Each week throughout September will highlight key players in our community who ensure we can enjoy local food year round!
September 1st - 9th: Market Week
September 10th - 16th: Farm Week
September 17th - 23rd: Restaurant Week
September 24th - 30th: Seafood Week
Restaurant Week
During Restaurant Week, Sustainable Connections will be celebrating the many local restaurants, including Boundary Bay, that created a menu special with at least 50% of its ingredients being of local origin. Luckily, these specials are available all month long!
Hopped Berry Salad
Our menu special for Eat Local Month 2023 is the Hopped Berry Salad. The Hopped Berry Salad is a delicious salad packed full of local flavors, highlighting just how diverse the produce of our corner of Washington is!
